Sweet Virginia

More from our family vacation.
Sit back and tap your toes
and enjoy.

btw,  the video part
is a bit unsteady that is due to inexperience with
the camera and NOT to beer!!

    1. It was my first YouTube Video I have to admit it was a bit of a learning experience. And since I live in a rural area my upload speed for DSL is a bit slow so it took forever to do it but I'm pretty happy with the results.

My Aunt Gen wrote me an e-mail and said I should have included more close up's of the family pictures so I'll have to remember that for next time. And I probably have to remember to hand the camera over and get myself in there too. I think I'm only in there once in a group photo!

  4. WOW! So cool! I am a beach, a family, and a Stones fan so this hit me big time. You have captured the peacefulness of vacation so nicely. I have yet to really make it to an East Coast beach but that is definitely on my to do list. Thanks for posting!

    1. That's the first time we've ever vacationed at a "bay beach" and it was quite nice (the water is very shallow however). We usually go to a beach right on the Atlantic in Virginia but we were looking to cut the budget this year since Bill and I had already taken another trip. Remarkably the bay beach house can cost less than half the cost then Atlantic beach houses rental which in distance are about an hour away.

  8. That was cute. I hope this person won't be offended by the name I give her but, I thought "Granny's" magazine said, "missing towels" LOL!

  9. Oh sure, like I believe the unsteady camera wasn't because of the beer! ;)

  10. I love Virginia. I haven't really spend much time at all in the coastal areas, but I used to live in Richmond and have been in the western part a lot. It's a beautiful state. Guess you all had a pretty laid back time at the beach.
