And you might ask or think."Don't you have enough to do writing on your blog?"
And I would answer."Sure I do." But hey! I'm over twenty-one several times over and I do silly things sometimes.
The fact of the matter is I've always been curious what goes on over in the WordPress bloggy world.
So I started a second blog over there, nothing big just a teeny tiny little blog. I have two followers and I'm one of them. hehe! I've called it I blog it as I see it Seemed like a good name at the time!
I'm doing all my main blogging over at we're living a full life since I love this blog and it's my baby.
But I wanted to see what WordPress was like as opposed to Blogger and having a blog there was the only way I could think to do it, ya dig?
I've heard SO may people say it's a better blogging platform but as of now I just find it very very confusing.
So if you want to be friendly or a nosy pants and see what I'm doing over at my other digs come on over and say hi or just lurk you can do it here. Lurking is good I even do that too some times!
I went over there and tried to follow it, but it told me my subscription had expired????? But I did leave a comment and I put the journal in my favorites so hopefully I will remember to check back on it :)
ReplyDeletegood luck with the format. I know lots of people use Word Press; I'm just so resistant to change :)
betty
First of all...you are not weird but strongly consider the source ;-)! I've been so curious about WP and have thought about doing the very same thing. I'm going to go check it out but keep us posted, will ya?
ReplyDeleteYou're too funny. As a Wordpress girl (since 2007), I say go for it! Curious to see what you think. Personally, I hate commenting on Blogger blogs (not as straight forward as WP), but that's just me. :)
ReplyDeleteGreat looking blog, Jen!
ReplyDeleteLovely bright blog Jen.I don't know how you find the time. I have a word press blog to but I've not used it yet I just wanted to keep my blog's name when I was thinking of moving from blogger but that's too much hassle.
ReplyDeleteWill be following along to hear how you like it. I have considered changing, but I am a creature of habit....That, and I barely have time to update Blogger.
ReplyDeleteYou can move this one over there if you find you like that format better. It took me at LEAST a month or two to like WordPress. I absolutely despised it and regretted moving at first.
ReplyDeleteI will be following too to see what you think about the change. You are echoing many a person's thoughts. Keep us posted.
ReplyDeleteMaria- there's lots of doodads and doohickeys in the dashboard. At this point I really regret not going to college :)
DeleteI haven't even figured out blogger yet!!
ReplyDeletegood luck!
Blogger I get it's Google + that's a mystery!
DeleteI had a WP blog for a bit, about apps and Apple stuff. That was one I wanted to have serious followers and monetize but it never panned out. There are so many blogs like that. It was too much research for free. I had three followers and I was one of them ;-)
ReplyDeleteWord Press huh? I know someone who switched from blogger to WP, stayed for 6mos., and now they're back. Her description: She did not like the sound of her own echo. lol Going to check yours out though.
ReplyDeleteI don't know what to think yet. The dashboard has lots of doodads and doohickeys. For now it's pretty fun, will i stay? Who knows! This blog is my real blog that on is just for playing around.
DeleteI like wordpress. I think it's a cleaner format to look at. But it has a learning curve for sure!!
ReplyDeleteI tried wordpress and found it cumbersome and confusing. Blogger just seems easier to me. But, I started w/ it. I think you learn what you start with, and then other formats seem difficult. I can't imagine keeping up w/ TWO blogs though! You are a brave woman. Good luck!
