Hehe, I'm still chicken of lightening - so I know what you mean about running for cover. Bless your heart. Jen, your photos of the clouds are magnificent!!! I pray the storm passes over quickly without any damage. Stay safe. GOD BLESS!
You are so right Jennifer, pre storm and just before sunset are two of my favorite times to take pictures of the sky. I've also had some really good luck with a few moon shots as well.
Absolutely beautiful. First glimpse of the first one I saw a giant bird (the v-shape) going into the cloud. The second picture is beautiful. Something about that bright spot looks like I storm is cooking underneath.
Your cloud photos are magnificent!!! I love to go outside right after a heavy rainfall--it feels so clean and fresh. I don't know if I would like the dramatic storms that you get though... I guess you get used to it, like we are used to our snow blizzards!! ha ha
Ohhhhhhhh so pretty. I'm sorry it is storming there!!! The first one looks like what I think Heaven looks like.
ReplyDeleteI think many people would agree and that's why I ran out with the camera.

ReplyDeleteI love the second photo...the contrast between the grayish blue and white is tremendous!
You did a beautiful job!
So cool. I love the sky right before a storm. Good thing you got inside before the lightening and rain came down!

ReplyDeleteP.S. Thanks for your comment on Kate's blog. She's probably embarrassed that her old mom posted about her. :)
