I have by the way managed to keep up with all my posting obligations throughout this challenge however I am looking to finishing this month so I can do a bit of unwinding.
My "U" word unwinding.
So everyone! You've reached deep to create a post for each and every letter up till today. Still feel those creative juices flowing or are they drying up? You've done everything within your power to publish it on time, how's that clock? You've done the best you can to make and answer comments and visit as many blogs as possible. After all A-Z is a great time to make new blog friends and introduce them to our old ones.
I'm very excited about the new friends I've made this challenge and the interesting and fun blogs they write. But in all honesty all this excitement and time in front of my laptop has got me feeling a bit tired.
I don't know about you but I'm ready to do relax. I can't wait to unwind.
I am planning on taking a few days off from my computer/blog life and read a book and do some gardening get some fresh air.
This has been fun but I'm gonna need a blog break.
Do you have any plans to unwind once A-Z is over?
I'm also going to turn Google + comments off today to assess how it worked for you my readers. If anyone has anything to say, please say it.... both positive and negative..... now's the time. Thanks!
Don't miss my next blog post.

ha ha ha I guess i can relate to how you feel, though I was not IN on the A-Z challenge! Happy unwinding!!
ReplyDeleteThanks Nina a few more days and counting :)
DeleteI'm with you Jen although it has been good fun and great finding new blogs I have a sore back with sitting at computer and sore wrist with my ipad. It will be good to get back to normal and relax a bit,not long to go.
ReplyDeleteI need to sit in the garden and unwind. My eyes are so tired. Aparently, green is good for stressed eyes. Good onl Mother Nature.

For me it's my neck that could use a bit of relaxing!
DeleteEnjoy Francene.
Yeeeessss! Let's UnWind...I'm ready, too. I like your idea of gardening and reading to unwind. The last Letters are the most difficult to fit into a Theme, but I've got a few 'Stitches' left in my Sewing Box and a couple of Letter's ready to go. I've done most of this as a 'Panster'...one who writes by the seat of her pants.
ReplyDeleteThanks for your 'Complimentary Comment'...I really appreciate it!

I just bet you do Sue!
DeleteCan't wait to see what you stitch together :)
Hell yes! (Pardon my French)
ReplyDeleteIt's been fun but really exhausting too, I agree.
Don't worry about the French, I'm part French myself :)
DeleteI am loving all the blogging so will unwind a bit but try and keep up with regular posting too. What can I do after A-Z??
ReplyDeleteI guess just keep on blogging Rowena, I remember last year I couldn't think of a thing to say believe it or not. Funny but true.
DeleteNo, I have enjoyed this too much. This is my way of relaxing. It takes me away from my other life. I enjoyed your postings
ReplyDeleteThanks so much Paula, I do admit to being in a bit of a groove. But I have so many things that need to be done and no kids home anymore to help around the house/property.
DeleteNot getting any younger either.
Have a great break. I have to say the AtoZ came right in time for me as I was going to have a lot of down time on my hands where i couldnt do anything but sit and contemplate my navel so it was a relief for me!
ReplyDeleteThat's good then. I hope you had a good time and met a lot of new people, I sure enjoyed meeting you!
DeleteI Agree! The challenge has been fun, but it's always a challenge. Unlike last year, I am writing each day as i go along. It's fun, but makes for a time crunch some days. I am unwinding with a much deserved vacation with the hubby and dogs in May!! ~Angela
ReplyDeleteWe're going away in May too! Details to follow! Enjoy!
DeleteI am with you on this one Jen. Read to unwind and relax. It has been a grande adventure. God bless, Maria at Delight Directed Living
ReplyDeleteI agree. I hope you had fun Maria.
DeleteAm I supposed to be here at all? Since I am not in the A to Z blog event? Oh well!
ReplyDeleteI bet it is all time consuming Jen. But from here I admire all the energy you have all put into this. Really, you have to be focused and direct every day for a month! I hand it to you for staying with it. Good job and enjoy that rest and break! You deserve it.
I am going to take a blog break next Wednesday and go to a bluegrass festival with some friends.

I didn't even do the challenge and I'm exhausted. I don't know how anybody can post everyday for 26 days. Kudos to all who can manage it!
ReplyDeleteI'm with you/ It's been fun and I've enjoyed meeting new fellow bloggers, but I'm looking forward to unwinding, too. :)
ReplyDeleteWell we're in the home stretch now...then sweet rest!
DeleteI'll definitely be taking time off in May for our son's graduation and other family plans. Unwinding is the ultimate U activity after such a crazy April.
ReplyDeleteJulie
It's a rest day in the challenge so I'm visiting some other sites. I didn't know that about Andrew. I knew Peter wanted to be crucified upside down, again as a mark of resepect for Christ. What am I going to do after the challenge? Back to my WIP.Unwinding? I wish.
ReplyDeleteAt this point, I'm more than ready to unwind. :)

DeleteKristen, I'm with you on that!
